I love my Veronica Mars! Just in case you weren't aware.

Okay, but seriously, I have to make a quick power point presentation on Brazilian environmentalists getting shot. How I'm supposed to sum this all up in a five minute presentation is really beyond me. But, bright side, if I finish this stuff in a timely manner, I can rewatch the episode with Chris tonight. Goals! I like having goals! ;)

I can try. It's kind of like Twin Peaks meets The O.C. It centers on Veronica who used to be a popular kid with the perfect life until her best friend Lilly was murdered. Her dad was the local sheriff, and when he went after Lilly's dad as the murderer (who happens to be a billionaire and beloved by the entire town), Veronica's family was ostracized, her mom left town and Veronica's dad lost his job. He's a P.I. now and she works with him and is like the high school version of Sydney Bristow. Only snarkier.

Which sounds really lame, but that's only cause I'm rushed here. ;) Basically, you keep watching because every episode gives more clues into the Lilly Kane murder mystery, and because Veronica thinks if she solves the case her life will go back to normal and her mom will come home and everything will be sunshine and daisies, which clearly is wrong. :P And more mysteries keep popping up and it's all noir and nothing is what it seems and stuff.

Plus, the show is really pretty. The cinematography is gorgeous.

ok. so i LOVED LOVED LOVED twin peaks and i think the girls on the OC are smokin' hott. should i be watching VM?

i mean, i never understood the whole buffy/angel thing of yours, but we do have a west wing obsession in common. do you think it's for me? and if so, when/where is it on?

Well, obviously I think everyone should be watching VM, but I think you might like it. The show gets a lot of comparisons to Buffy, but I think that's mostly cause it appeals to the same audience, the most I see in common is that they both star tiny blondes and are set in high school. The shows are so completely different in tone, and honestly I think most of the characters on VM are a lot more likeable.

It's on Tuesdays at 9 on UPN, but I wouldn't recommend watching the next two episodes in real time if you actually want to give it a try, as they're going to solve the big mysteries of the season. ;)

SQUEEEEEEEEEE! Did I mention I love Seth now? Gotta love the gay guy. Oh, the boat shot :(, and I love it that the Naval Academy kid gets the Weevil treatment.

I'm actually watching the episode right now, but sadly I was only able to download 85%, I HATE THIS SERVER, so I won't get to see the end :(

I know you are soooooooo busy, and I don't want to you take time out of your work to do this for me (b/c I did make a comment asking for this favor in go_pirates) but if you could send me 1x18 and 1x20 via email, that would be awesome, but seriously only if you have the time.

and, you don't get to see the end, but at least there's that whole scene at the beginning. That's worth watching a few times. ;)
