I love Seth Green so much. Watch this video. He talks about nunchucks, and what could be better than that?
Life is weird, I've been avoiding it lately. I have to babysit tonight, go grocery shopping with Christina, and maybe I'll get around to watching the Garden State commentaries. No! Scrubs is tonight, right? Must watch Scrubs. I know it's a rerun, but I kept missing it so much that chances are I haven't seen it anyway.
I've checked out a whole bunch of books from the library, with a whole bunch more on the way. I'm reading Good Omens now, which people have been recommending to me for about two years, and then I'm not sure. I like reading just to be reading, and not having to worry about how fast I'm going or remembering every last detail for that paper I'm going to have to write later.
Although, I should really be reading some books to get me ready for my senior seminar. I want to write on Vonnegut, but I'm not sure if I want to do something on war satire in general or something on just Vonnegut. I was thinking I might do a feminist reading of war novels, cause Vonnegut doesn't really write women into his novels much, and when he does, they're usually kind of despicable (particuarly in Slaughterhouse-Five, which is of course the book I'm thinking of). Though I suppose the same could be said for the men, too. This is why I haven't done any senior sem reading, I really just don't know what I'm going to write about. I should email Dr. Mary for some help in finding a direction.
But! Do you know what's on the menu for dinner tonight? Cream of crab soup. Yes, indeed. Mmmmmmm.
