I'm going through and adding some random people to my friendslist, cause it's fun and people are cool. So hi cool people!
I'm fairly certain I should either be going to sleep now or finishing my homework, but I don't think I'll be doing either at this point.
Oh! I'm planning on sending my friend a mix CD of female artists. She's never been big on female singers, for whatever reason, and I'm thinking I want to change that. One of her gripes is that she just likes the deeper singing voice in a male band or singer. She likes Fiona, so yay, but I'm not sure what exactly to put on the CD.
Any suggestions? I have a ton of Ani DiFranco I can put on it, some Tori, but I have a sneaking suspicion she doesn't like Tori, and I have some other things in mind. She likes a more punk or rock sound, if that helps at all. I'll take anything and everything you guys have to offer, though. ;)
One of these days I want to post about some of the discussions we've been having in my transcendentalism class. We're currently up to gender roles and how the transcendental theory applied to real life, and we kind of stalled in class tonight. I think writing some things out would be beneficial to me, maybe at least help me gain some perspective so I have something to bring up in class. Meh. I dunno.
I get my concert pictures back tomorrow! EXCITED!
