Saw Spider-man 2 last night. Loved it, because I was totally in need of a fun action movie with adorable boys in it.

Had a really crappy day at work, where I got talked down to like I was twelve by someone who isn't even technically my boss. So I went to College Park and saw my Stewbert and continued the Introduce-Stew-to-Angel-a-thon. We're right in the thick of season one and I think (think) he's actually enjoying it.

Lots of work for the next two days, but this weekend I'm taking Rac home with me and we're going into DC for the fireworks, since I'm a loser who's lived in DC all her life and never been to the Capitol Fourth. And because my whole family is going and stuff.

Also on the agenda:

--oil change
--inspection thingie mailed to State Troopers so's my tags don't get suspended :P
--receive and deposit paycheck (yay money!)
--find all my overdue books and return them since Jane was nice enough to erase my fines
--re-find the disk with my story to email to Christina (sorry, I forgot to do it this afternoon :P)
--I know there was something else...

But sleep now. I have to go to work early so as not to get treated like a child again tomorrow.

Hmph.

At work, so I really shouldn't be posting, but I just needed to know. When did Howie Day start getting major radio play? Cause this one's a song I actually like and I don't wanna share it with stupid teenybopper radio listeners. I'm possessive like that.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrarrrrrrgh.

ETA: I also hate these songs with the forced rhymes, or the ones that rhyme just because. Like the one by The Calling that goes something like "in this world divided by fear/we have to believe there's a reason we're here." Gag me with a spork. Tired of work radio already. :P

So, I just finished Nerve and it's a two-parter and The Hidden Memory won't play for some reason. The video is stuck and the audio is choppy. I'm trying to figure out if it's my player or the disc itself, but in case it doesn't work, does anyone know where I can download it or something? This is an important episode! Everyone might die!!

Okay, so obviously they live because there are 3 more seasons of the show, but still. :P Need to see it.

Help please? :)

From here.

You are a WECF--Wacky Emotional Constructive Follower. This makes you a candle burning at both ends. You work until you drop, and you play until you can stand to work again. You have so much enthusiasm that you can find it hard to control on your own, and you appreciate the guidance that channels your energy and lets you be your best.

In a relationship, you require lots of attention and support. You often over-contribute and end up feeling depleted and cheated. You may benefit from more time alone than you grant yourself.

Your driving force is the emotional support of others--especially affection. You can run on empty for miles if you have positive energy behind you. Without it--as it occasionally must run dry--you are depressive, listless, and difficult to motivate.

You need a lot of affection. Get it any way you can, but never at the cost of your self-respect or well-being.

Some of it's true. Particularly the last couple of paragraphs. Some of it, not so much. Meh.

I have a real post in the works. It may not get posted, though. I might just go to sleep instead.
