I saw Garden State tonight.
I loooved it. It was basically what I expected it to be, only funnier. It was so beautifully done, with a gazillion lovely wide shots and two-shots and a killer soundtrack, which I will hopefully be purchasing tomorrow. And all the talk about life as a twentysomething really hit home for me, cause duh, I'm living life as a twentysomething. :P When you go see it, cause I know you'll go see it, watch the scene in the pool and think of me, because it was exactly what I've been thinking lately.
I talked to my mother briefly this afternoon. She's moving out of the house. Not sure where to. My sisters are going to be living with my stepfather on the other side of town. He's filed for divorce, and it should be finalized by the end of the month.
I was going to go home this weekend, but it turns out I have no where to go.
I know I was going to talk about New York, and maybe I will, but I'm exhausted and kind of over-emotional right now, so I should sleep. Go see Garden State, though. Seriously.
