We finished Bad Timing about half an hour before the miniseries aired. Wooooooo for nearly eight hours of Farscape!

But OMG YAY!!!! That was fun, and I'm so glad I didn't have to wait a year and a half for that like most of fandom, though I am sorry that everyone else did.

Rygel carrying the baby is probably the most cracked out thing I've seen on that show. Maybe. It's hilarious anyway.

My favorite thing so far was the old guy telling Aeryn about how Sebaceans came to be what they are. THEY ARE PROBABLY HUMANS AND THAT IS SO. FREAKING. COOL.

And umm. Stark! "I'll try my best to stay out of your way." I love him so. so. so. much.

The Wizard of Oz reference made my night.

(oh, and? did you see how jealous Braca was when he was watching Scorpy and Sikozu? that's right.)

And eeeeee! I can't wait for tomorrow night!

Right. Nothing of substance and not really everything that I squealed over, either. But yay! I actually have another Farscape-y post I'm working on now that I finished the series, so I'll post that instead.

Distractions are wonderful.

I THOUGHT THAT TOO! AND IT EXPLAINS THAT ARTIFACT WITH THE EGYPTIANY THINGS! I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT EVERYTHING!

BUT I AM VERY SCARED, BECAUSE OF THAT DAMN VOICEOVER AND THE SHOT FROM 'INFINITE POSSIBILITIES'.

skeeeerd.

Yesss. And I bet Interons were also human at first and they evolved differently as... something else, apparently.

Yay continuity!

Is that what was decided, that they were human and evolved? Cause I think I missed that, or at least didn't understand it. Was that in the episode where they went to the planet and awakened the people who'd been frozen for 12000 cycles? Cause I think most of that one went over my head for one reason or another.

I don't think that it was explained exactly, no. But in WWL, the thingy that John found had writings from all three species. And then tonight, Priest Guy said that Sebaceans were taken from A Far Away Planet, and that they'd evoloved. So I was thinking, maybe Interons were, too.

Ohh. Right. That would make sense. Through all the Earth episodes I thought it would have been cool if Jool had still been with them, since it had been established that her species was an offshoot of humans, but this thing with Sebaceans is so much cooler.

Right, and he ALSO said that Sebaceans were a primitive species taken from a planet on the far side (gah, it was another word used...far arm?) of the galaxy, 27,000 years ago. And that, IIRC, is when primitive humans originated. With the Idealons "expediting" their evolution, they could easily become Sebaceans.

But no conclusions were *actually* drawn, I'm sure they'll leave that up to the second part of the mini.

Right, exactly. And I'm thinking the same was done to Interons, but for a different purpose. The Sebaceans were made to be PKs (or, whatever they were before they were ACTUALLY PKs), maybe the Interons were healers? I mean, Jool was good with the science stuff.
